2 (3oz) packages chicken-flavor ramen noodles
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 (12oz) package broccoli slaw
1 red delicious apple, cored and diced
1 cup sunflower kernels
1 cup sweetened dried cranberries/raisins
½ red onion diced
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 cup slivered almonds
1 bunch green onions with tops, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the contents of the seasoning packets from the ramen noodles, oil, vinegar and sugar in a bowl and mix well. Combine the broccoli slaw, apple, sunflower kernels, cranberries/raisins, red onion, bell pepper, almonds and chicken in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss to coat.

Crumbles the ramen noodles and add just before serving. Toss to mix. Before serving, garnish with the green onions.

This can be made a day ahead but hold the apple until the day of serving.
