10 slices Canadian bacon
8 sandwich slices Swiss cheese
6 to 8 eggs
3/4 c cream
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Line pie plate with bacon. Lay cheese over it. Break eggs on top. Pour cream over all. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º about 20 minutes. Bake until eggs are set and tops of bacon are browned.

I like this recipe when I only have a couple of people for brunch. It's not the huge 9 X 13" pan egg casserole.
