3 chicken breasts
Swiss cheese
Thin sliced ham
2 tbsp butter
Fresh sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/3 c. white wine
Flour to thicken sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken with meat hammer. Place slice of ham with cheese on top of chicken. Roll and tie with string. Roll in flour and brown in butter. Scrape any flour stuck to the bottom of the pan. (This makes the gravy tastier.) Put broth and wine in pan. Add a little flour to thicken gravy. Pour over rolls. Bake at 350º for one hour.

If you need to make more rolls, multiply the ingredients and make more sauce. I have found Tyson boneless breasts make the best!
