2 large eggs
15 ml margarine
25 ml water
50 ml cheddar cheese (grated)
1 slice of ham
Parsley
2 slice bread

Directions:
Directions:
Chop ham into small pieces, mix eggs and water with a whisk, heat skillet (medium heat) and spray with Pam. Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook on medium heat (5) with out stirring.Lift outer edges to allow uncooked egg to flow under when skillet is tilted. With handle of skillet towards you place grated cheese and ham on the left side of the omelette, fold right side over the filling. Turn omelette upside down onto plate. Garnish with parsley and serve with toast.
