1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. REAL mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) diced green chili peppers, drained
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1 c. chopped tomatoes
3 green onions, sliced

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Spread into 1 qt. dish or 9 in. pie plate. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. until top is lightly browned. Sprinkle with the chopped tomatoes and onions. Serve with crackers. Makes 4-1/2 c.
