1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 clove crushed garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon chopped onions
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 slices of bread
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except bread in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, soak bread in 2 cups water then squeeze excess liquid from bread and crumble into meat mixture. Mix well by hand and form into 2 inch meatballs,
Saute for approximately 2 minutes per side to seal in juices. Add to favorite sauce (gravy). Serves 4- 6 persons.
