1# almonds
1# honey
dash salt
1 t cinnamon and dash pepper is desired
2- 2 1/2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Make a well in above ingredients and use enough of the flour so the dough doesn't stick.
Make 3 strips, form into rolls and flatten.
Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes, remove from oven and cut into 1/2" slices--across or diagonally.
