3 lbs Raw Shrimp
1-1/4 c Flour
1 tbs Baking Powder
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Paprika
1 Egg
1 c Water
Deep Fat for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all batter ingredients until well blended.

Peel shrimp. Split back open with a sharp knife, cutting about 1/2 inch deep removing vein. Leave tails on.

Grasp shrimp by tail and dip into batter until well coated.

Drop shrimp in deep fat and fry until golden brown (approx 375º). Remove, drain on towel.

Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedge.
