1 lb. lean ground turkey or beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
1/2 c. sliced olives
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. yellow corn meal
1/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
2 T. vegetable oil
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, beaten
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook ground meat and onions in a large skillet. Drain fat. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce, beans, chiles and olives. Set aside. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix Bisquick, corn meal, milk, 1 egg and oil until combined. Spread a thin layer in a greased 9x13 in. dish. It may not look like there is enough Bisquick mix, but it will rise nicely. Spoon meat mixture over corn meal dough. Combine sour cream, 1 egg and shredded cheese and spoon over meat mixture. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
