1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into 1 in. pieces
1/4 c. Kraft Light Done Right Zesty Italian dressing
4 oz. light cream cheese
2 T. flour
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 small pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 refrigerated pie crust or baked refrigerated or frozen biscuits

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Cook chicken in dressing in large skillet on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add cream cheese, cook and stir until melted. Add flour; mix well. Add broth and vegetables. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour mixture into deep dish 10 in. pie plate. Arrange pie crust over filling, flute edges by pressing with fork or pinch around edge. Cut four slits in crust to allow steam to escape. Bake 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. *You can also make the filling, bake biscuits, open the baked biscuit and spoon filling over the top of the biscuits for a quicker meal.
