1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 3/4 oz.) envelope taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1/4 c. pimento-stuffed olives,chopped
2 1/2 c. corn chips
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and drain fat. Combine with tomato sauce, taco seasoning mix, refried beans and stuffed olives. Spoon mixture over 2 cups of corn chips in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook in oven or microwave until heated through. Crush remaining corn chips. Sprinkle crushed corn chips and cheese over casserole. Return to oven or microwave and heat until cheese is melted.
