Pork Ribs - rack or babyback
Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Onion Powder or seasonings of your choice.
2 cans of Beer
1 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Trim off fat.
Rub with olive oil and apply seasonings of your choice, (salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion powder or whatever)
Put on BBQ grill to brown and remove some of the fat, 15 minutes or so.
After browning, take inside and lay ribs on a rack in a roaster.
Add 2 cans of beer and 1 cup of water to roaster.
Bake at 250º for 2 hours.
Spread BBQ sauce of your choice on ribs 15 minutes before they are done or just put BBQ sauce on the table and people can dip their ribs in their choice of sauce.
