1 c. Butter
2/3 c. Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
1 tsp. Vanilla
2½ c. Flour
Sugar Crystals for decoration
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, then add the beaten egg yolks and vanilla. Blend flour into these ingredients. Chill dough for an hour, then put dough in Spritz Maker.
Sprinkle sugar crystals on each cookie.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400º.
