2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
2 (14.5 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 c. frozen corn
1 c. black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 T. lemon juice
1 c. salsa
Tortilla chips
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese, cilantro, avocado and sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken, shred with fork. Saute onion and garlic in oil for 5 minutes. Add cumin and mix well. Add chicken, broth and next 5 ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Break up tortilla chips into individual bowls and pour soup over chips. Top with cheese, chopped cilantro, avocado and sour cream.
