1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
taco seasoning, to taste
1 can stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 can Rotel, undrained
1 can beans (I like kidney), undrained
1 can whole kernel corn , undrained
1 small block of Velveeta, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with chopped onion.
Drain.
Mix in taco seasoning.
Add all canned ingredients; do not drain any liquids!
Add the Velvetta.
Heat until cheese is completely melted.
Serve over Fritos with sour cream.
