4 cups chopped apples (I use granny smith)
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 cups chopped walnuts
2 tsp. vanila
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the dry ingrediants together in one bowl.
In a separate bowl cream eggs, sugar and vanila add apples and oil then add to the dry ingredients.
Now fold in walnuts.
Pour into a greased and floured 9"-13" pan
Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 45 min.
or until a tooth pick comes out clean
