2 T Olive oil
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
5 lg. garlic cloves, chopped (separated)
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
1/2 c. red wine
3/4 c. beef stock
1 T worcestershire sauce
1- (14 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
4 T butter
5-8 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
4 Ciabatta rolls
1 ball fresh mozzarella cheese

Heat deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 T olive oil. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add green pepper, onion, 3 garlic cloves, allspice, and salt and pepper. Cook 5-8 minutes. Add wine and cook another minute. Add beef stock, worcestershire sauce, and tomatoes. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Finish by stirring in a handful of chopped parsley.
In a small bowl, combine butter with remaining garlic, basil, and parmesan cheese. Spread this mixture on ciabatta buns. Slice mozzarella cheese and place one slice on each bun bottom. Place under broiler to melt cheese and brown buns. Put meat mixture in buns and serve. Remember the napkins!
