2 cans chicken broth
4 lbs. beef roast
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. onion salt
1 green pepper, sliced
1 tsp. beef bouillon, dissolved in a little water
salt & pepper to taste

Cook in a crock pot on low for at least 12 hours, do not shorten the cooking time. After about 10 hours remove the bone and all fat. Shred the beef into thin strips.

Serve on hoagie buns with Swiss cheese.
