1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter, softened
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1 dash hot pepper sauce
2 lbs. halibut fillets, skinless

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven broiler on high. Grease a baking dish and layout the fish. Mix remaining ingredients together. Broil the halibut for 8 minutes; check to make sure it is flaky. Remove from oven and spread with the mixture. Broil 2 additional minutes until bubbly.

This sauce can be used for other types of fish not just Halibut. Adjust cooking time.
