4 ripe bananas
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
A little salt
1 1/2 cups flour
8 ounces sour cream or plain yogurt
Chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and sour cream/yogurt. In separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt together. Add wet ingredients to dry, mix together, and add chocolate chips last. Pour mixture into pan, bake until golden brown on top, or when toothpick inserted into bread comes up clean. If bread is looking done but toothpick is still coming up gooey, cover pan with aluminum foil and bake until toothpick comes up clean.
