1 box raisin bran
3 cups sugar
6 cups flour
5 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 cup veg oil
4 beaten eggs
1 qt buttermilk

Preheat 400º
Mix all dry ingredients together
Combine the liquid ingredients and fold into dry
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full
Bake 15-20 minutes

I originally discovered this recipe in the mid 80's, I used it alot because you make the dough and it keeps in jars in the frig for up to 3 weeks. You can have fresh muffins every morning. I lost the recipe for many years and then found it again in 2009. Yeah, these muffins are tasty and healthy
