1 & 1/2 sticks of soft butter,
1 & 1/2 c flour,
8 oz soft cream cheese,
1 c powdered sugar,
1 Cool whip (8 oz size) softened ,
2 packs of Instant lemon pudding (3 oz. size),
3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
1 st layer:
Mix soft butter and flour and press into 9x13inch pan and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Let cool.

2nd layer:
Whip cream cheese and powder sugar together and add 1 c cool whip. Then put on 1st layer. Put in refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

3rd layer:
Beat instant lemon pudding with milk, after well mixed add to 2nd layer. Put in refrigerator until pudding is set (approx. 10 minutes) , then add the rest of the cool whip. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.
