1 (4.3 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
1 envelope dry chicken noodle soup mix
5 2/3 c. water
1 celery rib, chopped
1 medium carrot, chopped
1/3 c. onion, diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1-2 c. cooked chicken, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wild rice mix, chicken noodle soup mix, (including the seasoning packets) and water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil; then cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add vegetables and continue simmering another 10 minutes. Stir in canned soup and chicken and simmer till rice and vegetables are tender; approximately another 8-10 minutes.

Rice-a-Roni has the 4.3 oz. pkg. wild rice mix; but if I have Uncle Bens 6 oz. pkg. wild rice mix, on hand, I increase the water about a cup.
