Ripe cantaloupe
Thinly sliced prosciutto
Freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chill cantaloupe before you cut it in half. Remove the seeds once it has been cut into two pieces. Slice melon crescents from each half, making them an inch wide in the middle.

On each slice, wrap prosciutto around cantaloupe or drape two thin pieces of prosciutto at an angle. Let some of the melon peek through between the two pieces of prosciutto in an appetizing manner. Grind a little fresh black pepper over the top of each slice. Chill until serving time.
