That's it. The recipe for Mom's Roquerfort Dressing that we had numerous times on her nightly salads. Pretty sophisticated by today's standards, I think. What is so cool is that her recipe on page 64 didn't take up too much room, so my sister, Dianne, whote in "Welsh Rabbit" just below to complete the page.
