5 hotdogs, cut into small pieces
3 Tbsp. oil
3-4 Tbsp. flour
2-2 1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet on medium heat, heat oil and add hotdog pieces. Cook until brown. Add flour, salt and pepper. Cook until flour is slightly brown stirring often. Add milk, stirring often. Cook until desired gravy thickness. Add more milk if needed.
