1 box white cake mix
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. coconut
1 (15 oz.) can coconut cream
1 (16 oz.) carton whipped topping
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 9x13 pan. Mix together cake mix, oil, water, eggs and 1/2 cup coconut. Mixture will be lumpy. Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and punch holes with fork in top of cake while hot. Pour over cake the well mixed can of coconut cream. Let cool. Mix the other 1/2 cup coconut, whipped topping and 1 small can of well-drained pineapple. Spread over cake, keep in refrigerator.
