10 lbs. Tyson Boneless skinless chicken breasts
13 oz. Plain Bread crumbs
3 lbs of Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken breasts. Dip chicken breasts in bread crumbs covering both sides. Fry in frying pan with olive oil. Cook about 2 minutes on each side. Chicken does not need to be cooked all the way. In a large covered casserole dish put some sauce on the bottom, add cooked chicken and top with more sauce to cover chicken then add mozzarella cheese to cover. Add 2nd layer of chicken and cover again with sauce to cover all chicken. Add mozzarella cheese to cover. Can do up to three layers if your dish is large enough. Be sure to have at least an inch of room from the last layer to the top of the pan so that it does not boil over in the oven. Cook at 350º for 1 hour. Serve with angel hair pasta.
