4-5 potatoes, sliced, diced & uncooked
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. peas, frozen
1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 soup cans of milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Placed the potatoes in the bottom of a baking dish. Place the chopped onion on top of the potatoes. Layer the peas on top of the onions. Top the peas with the ground beef. Mix together the soup, milk, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the top of the casserole. Bake at 350º until vegetables are done about 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts.
