3 cups creamy peanut butter
Splash of Bailey's Irish Creme
1 1/2 sticks softened butter
1 tbsp. lard
2 lbs. confectioner's sugar
16 oz melted dark dipping chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanut butter, Irish creme, butter, lard and confectioner's sugar. Form into small balls. Using a toothpick, dip balls into melted dipping chocolate until almost covered, leaving some of the peanut butter mixture exposed on top. Refrigerate.
