2 cups elbow Macaroni
8 oz Regular Velveeta
1 cup shredded Monterey and Colby Cheese
1 cup heavy Whipping Cream
1 stick butter
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees....Boil macaroni in salt water till done and drain,...put in diced Velveeta, butter, and stir till melted...add seasonings, Whipping Cream, and shredded cheese mix till mixed throughly....Place in 9x9 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray (I use Butter spray for this)...Top with some of the shredded cheese and bake for 30-45 mins till cheese melted and lightly browned...best to let dish 'set' for 10-15 mins before serving
