Gravy:
3 Eggs, Whisked
2 C Sugar
5 T Chocolate
5 T Self-Rising Flour
3 C Milk
1 Stick Butter

Biscuits:
Self-Rising Flour
Crisco
Milk
Oil
Iron Skillet

Directions:
Directions:
Chocolate Gravy: Mix all ingredients together. Move to stove top, stirring constantly till chocolate mixture thickens.

Biscuits: Preheat oven to 450º. Pour flour into mixing bowl, add handful of crisco. Knead the flour and crisco with hands till mixed well. Add milk till you think dough is ready to roll. Pour oil into iron skillet, coat well. Form biscuits in a round shape, coat with oil, place in skillet. Bake until biscuits are brown.
