1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. burnt sugar flavoring
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/2 c. coconut
12 oz. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. black walnuts, chopped (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, brown sugar, margarine and vegetable oil. Add eggs, then burnt sugar flavoring and vanilla. Mix well. Add salt, soda, flour followed with quick cooking oatmeal, cornflakes, coconut, butterscotch chips and walnuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Cool 2 minutes.
