12 lasagna noodles
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2-2 lbs. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. garlic
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt and Pepper
2 eggs
1 carton cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
3 c. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lasagna noodles in salted boiling water with vegetable oil. Add noodles one at a time. Drain and rinse with cold water and leave in cold water if not using immediately.

Brown hamburger and drain. Add onion, basil, garlic, tomato paste, tomato sauce and 2 c. of water. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer.

For the cheese filling beat eggs, cottage cheese and parsley together.

Layer meat, noodles, cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese, meat, etc for 3 layers. End with mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
