1 c. torn spinach
1 head torn Romaine lettuce, about 6 c.
1 c. seedless grapes, halved
1 c. slivered almonds
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, chilled and drained
1 sm. avocado, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. olive or canola oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Combine first 6 salad ingredients and lightly toss. Mix remaining dressing ingredients in small bowl until smooth. Pour dressing on salad immediately before serving. Garnish with sliced avocado.
