2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cornflake crumbs
1/3 c. catsup
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. dried parsley flakes
2 T. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. ground pork

Sauce:
1 can (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce
1 c. ketchup
3 T. brown sugar
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine first eight ingredients. Add pork and mix well. Shape into 1 in. balls. Place in a 15x10x1 in. baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. or until done. Remove from oven; drain on paper towels. In a large saucepan combine sauce ingredients. Cook, stirring frequently, until the cranberry sauce is melted. Add the meatballs and heat through. Yield: about 6 dozen.
