1/4 c. caramel topping
1/2 c. crushed pecans
2 pkgs. vanilla pudding
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cool whip
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Start with graham cracker crust. Put caramel topping on bottom. Add crushed pecans. Mix together vanilla pudding, pumpkin, milk, cool whip, cinnamon and nutmeg with a whisk. Then spoon onto pie crust. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Top with Cool whip and drizzle caramel over that then sprinkle pecans over that.
