2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. angel flake coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar, flavorings, salt, vinegar and flour. Fold in coconut. Drop on a greased and floured double sheet of waxed paper. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Remove from paper immediately.
