6 to 8 medium potatoes
1 pint sour cream or 1 small cream cheese
(10 oz.) cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 to 4 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Cook, cool, peel and grate potatoes. Mix in all other ingredients and put in buttered baking dish. Put pats of butter on top (about 2 tablespoons) with 1/3 cups dry bread crumbs. Bake for 35 minutes at 375º
