2 lbs. round steak, (cut 1/2 inch thick)
flour
3 Tbsp. lard
2 medium onions
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
3/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into suitable pieces for serving. Dredge with flour and brown on both sides in hot lard. Shred onions. Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour over meat. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours or until tender. Add water to sauce as needed.
