1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup whipping cream (do not whip)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour

You need a krumkake iron and a wooden or metal krumkake cone.

Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients. Heat krumkake iron on low heat. Add about 1 teaspoon of batter for each krumkake. About halfway through baking, flip handle of krumkake iron over. When lightly browned, gently remove with a knife and roll on the wooden or metal cone. Krumkake should be crisp.

Krumkake irons may be electric or a single iron heated on the stove burner. For the iron heated on the stove, use the handles to turn for even baking. Better made in the winter time since the humidity in the summer causes it not to be as crisp.
