1 Italian dressing packet, 2 medium tomatoes, 1 medium/large red onion, 1 can black beans, 1 can mexicorn, 2 avocados, 1/2cup white vinegar, 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse & drain black beans. Peel, de-seed & chop avocados. Dice tomatoes & onion. Mix Italian dressing, oil & vinegar. Mix all ingredients together. The flavor is best if you are able to refrigerate for a couple hours or overnight before serving. Serve with Tostitos or Fritos.
