6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes; 1/2 cup corn meal; 2 cups whole milk; 3/4 stick butter; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon black pepper; 1 tablespoon dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Bring potatoes to a boil in heavy pot or dutch oven. Cook until tender. Do not drain. In small bowl mix corn meal and milk. Slowly stir into potatoes. Add butter, salt, pepper and parsley. Simmer until thickens.
