1 pkg. (10 oz.) Frozen Broccoli Florets, cooked and drained (cut Florets up in smaller pieces)
2 c. shredded cooked Chicken or Turkey
1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 medium Tomato, chopped
1/3 c. Mayonnaise (more can be added if needed)
2 tbsp. prepared Mustard
½ tsp. Salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. Pepper
4 Pita Breads (6 inches), halved
4 Bacon Strips, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, chicken or turkey, cheese, bacon and tomato.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper; pour over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat. (More mayonnaise can be added if needed).
Spoon about 1/2c. into each pita half.
The filling can be prepared in the morning, before assembling the pita's that day.
