12 oz. package of mushrooms
Olive Oil
1 tsp. parsley-garlic mixture (see recipe)
Parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Break away mushroom stems from caps. Chop stems. Cook stems in olive oil with parsley-garlic mixture. Remove pan from stove and add bread crumbs until mixture sticks together. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese into mixture. If mixture gets too dry, add olive oil. Stuff caps. Cook for about 20 minutes at 350º.
