2 cups All Bran,
1 1/2 cups buttermilk or sour milk,
3 eggs,
1 20 ounce can undrained pineapple,
1/2 cup melted butter,
2 1/2 cups flour,
3/4 cups brown sugar - packed,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking soda,
1 cup raisins,
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine All Bran and buttermilk - let stand 5 minutes.
Add eggs, crushed pineapple, butter.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to pineapple mixture.
Stir until just mixed - not smooth.
Place in muffin tins
Bake at 350º about 12 minutes or firm to the touch on top.
Mix may be kept up to 3 weeks in the refrigerators.
