1/2 lb. raw shrimp (chopped) Optional. Substitute
with meat of choice (ground beef) or vegetarian option (ground tofu).
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. green onion
2 tbsp. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped peppers
3 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
salt & pepper
mozzarella cheese (grated)

Scoop mushrooms out & fill with breading combination. Place in greased casserole dish & sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350º.
