1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 c. olive oil
8 oz. can tomato sauce
14 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 lb. fresh green beans
fresh parsley, minced
salt and pepper to taste
water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions and garlic in olive oil until soft.
Add the tomato sauce and tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the seasonings, beans, and enough water to cover.
Simmer until the beans are tender.
