1 Dozen Hard-Boiled Eggs
4 Heaping Tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Sweet Relish Juice (juice only)
Capers

Directions:
Directions:
Hard boiled eggs to be cut in half - the long way
Carefully remove yolks from whites and place in bowl.
Mix all ingredients except the capers until creamy. Return mixed yolks to whites with a spoon. Capers to garnish. Chill before serving.
