1 egg,
2/3 cups sugar,
2/3 cups sour milk,
2 teaspoons lard,
1 teaspoon baking soda,
1 teaspoon baking powder,
1 teaspoon vanilla,
pinch salt,
1 teaspoon cinnamon
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together
Add enough flour to make a soft manageable dough.
roll out to 1/2 inch on a floured board.
Cut with a doughnut cutter.
Fry in oil till golden brown.
